Though you might associate rural areas with pristine nature, rolling farmland and fresh produce straight off the vine, finding high-quality, natural and organic food is actually more difficult in rural communities than in the city.
Chris Felder is doing his part to change that. Grubb’s Grocery, which opened in Jackson, TN this spring, is the area’s only full-service, locally-owned and operated natural and organic market. They work with local farms to source the best produce, fresh meat and dairy, bulk foods, natural foods, and health, beauty, pet and household products around. Grubb’s helps to provide this community with a much-needed source of healthy food and products, with the goal of eventually expanding to other rural communities.
The A Group partnered with Grubb’s to build a website for the new business. Through the site, visitors can discover Grubb’s mission, browse departments, find a checklist of what type of food is sold and not sold and apply to be a vendor. We had a great time coming alongside them to support their vision and helping create a web presence for a brand new business.
