We are looking for a responsible and skilled Bookkeeper to maintain the financial records of our busy agency, including client invoicing, purchases, receipts and payments. This position is a part-time, onsite position. 

Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our leadership team to create and analyze financial reports, maintain financial records, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience and is proficient in Quickbooks.


  • Reconciliation of various business accounts
  • Client invoicing
  • Paying various business expenses
  • Paying invoices from vendors and contractual workers
  • Receiving and processing deposits
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Credit card and electronic check payment processing
  • Understanding of accounting financial reports
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and staff
  • Collections on past-due accounts
  • Processing reimbursements

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience required – preferably small businesses
  • Quickbooks experience required; Quickbooks Online experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and well organized
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
