We're happy to announce a new addition to our ever-growing team as well as the a promotion of one of TAG's most familiar faces. Robert Wright joined the TAG Team as our new director of technology while Diana Marsh was promoted to executive vice president.

Robert comes to The A Group from Illinois, where he managed DxR Development, a software development firm, for more than 20 years. He has led several teams in creating software titles and custom web applications for Fortune 500 companies ranging from education to financial management and healthcare. Previous clients include The College Network, Chauncey Group, National League for Nursing, Ciba-Geigy, Novartis, and Aventis. Wright has also served as the operations director for a church, and loves the way that The A Group allows him to combine his passion for technology and the church.

Formerly our vice president of technology, Diana now oversees direction and operations for all of the agency's teams. Previously, she served for seven years as the manager of client services for Alcott Routon, a large direct marketing agency. After joining The A Group as an account manager in 2007, Diana quickly found she had an aptitude for website and software development projects. She became the vice president of client services and then moved to the vice president of technology before becoming executive vice president. She helps keep everything running smoothly, and loves how her role at The A Group allows her to blend the marketing concepts she grew up on with the new advances in technology.

The addition of Robert and the promotion of Diana are the final steps in an overall restructuring of the agency to better accommodate the needs of clients in the ever-changing world of marketing and technology. As the two disciplines merge to create a new field, “martech”, we've built a collaborative team that specializes in strategy, creative services, software development and client services as they relate to hybridized marketing and technology strategies.

This new structure is beneficial for both us and our clients. It creates opportunities for our team members to learn and grow from each other while ensuring our clients get the best and most consistent service, no matter the project.

Welcome to Robert and congratulations to Diana!
